  • Every successful player went deep in ONE vertical first. Canals → electrical. Mercura → construction-supply. Distro → HVAC. None started horizontal. We need to pick our wedge and go deep.

Lead with language + ERP in every conversation
The opening line: "The only platform that works in Spanish / Italian and integrates with Odoo, Impulsa, SAP." This is our unfair advantage — no competitor in this price range covers all three. A Odoo shop in Mexico or Italy has nowhere else to go.

  • Does Canals plan to expand internationally? Their $35M Series A gives them the capital. Monitor: job posts for non-US sales roles, international case studies.
  • What is the real ERP distribution in our target markets? Is Odoo as dominant in Mexican manufacturing as we believe? Verify before investing in connector depth.
